Write to hola@slowlab.ai saying which app you use, what you expected to happen and what happened. If you can, add your iPhone model and iOS version: it helps a lot.

Ahora

A few times a day it asks what you're thinking, on iPhone.

• No nudges arrive: check in iOS Settings → Notifications → Ahora that they're allowed, and in the app's settings (bottom-left icon) the hours: outside them it stays quiet. Nudges are scheduled for the next seven days every time you open the app; if you go more than a week without opening it, they stop until you do.
• The exact moment is random on purpose: you choose how many times a day and between which hours; when, you don't.
• The microphone doesn't appear in the box: dictation runs only on your iPhone, without sending audio anywhere, and needs a model with on-device speech recognition for your language. If yours doesn't have it, type with the keyboard.
• A thought you let go can't be recovered: it isn't stored anywhere, not even temporarily. That's the idea.
• The app has no accounts and no servers: your journal and settings live on your phone and travel with your iOS backup.
